I just moved in and I love my apt 😌 it's the A3 floor plan in the new building 16 I must say it's very luxurious and the best part of it all it was a GREAT PRICE! The area as well is perfect 👌 easy access to everything my job, HEB, target , i really dont have to go far at all it's all walking distance. The office staff was amazing 👏 they deserve more than 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from my application process to my move in everything went smoothly and the customer service it top notch!!! The office staff has to to be the most professional staff I've ever come across and its nice and quite and most of all the coziest apt EVER!! I recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for an affordable apt to come rent here 😀 !!! Grounds is clean the ppl are friendly neighbors amazing and curious

I just had a great customer service experience with a leasing agent, I came in with my forms/documents, and ideal price range and living space. And my standards were well met. We walked the unit and found the perfect one bedroom apartment first floor. Immediately I fell in love with unit, fresh paint, brand new floors. Fresh resurfaced countertop, And let me just say the AC was ( “ice cold” ). I love the fact they have a pool so I get my daily exercise. I highly recommend this place for the (price) is right! And the parking is convenient to my apartment. The lady’s are lovely in the office and make me feel welcomed and right at home. 10 stars from me but unfortunately I can only leave 5.

Okay, so I was hesitant to move here initially. But I was swept off of my feet by the new manager Alyssa and her leasing agent, Amanda. First of all, these girls are my absolute favorite and the best thing is going into the office to talk to them. They showed me my current apartment two separate times and were so patient with me through the entire process and specifically on how long it took me to actually sign me lease. Alyssa made everything so absolutely easy I couldn’t believe it. Both times that they took me to view my new place, they were so pleasant. They took their time to explain everything multiple times, even with my incessant and repetitive questions - they were just an absolute joy to work with. I ended up getting a newly renovated 1 bedroom (which is absolutely GORGEOUS by the way) and it’s so reasonably priced that I couldn’t pass up the deal. Even when going into the office when they are swamped, I was never a burden and it’s never obvious that there hands are full. Phones can be ringing back to back - but they are always answered, girls are always smiling, everyone’s always helped super promptly. I personally have only rented houses for the last 5+ years and downsizing to an apartment was something I really had to consider. However, these girls are 90% of the reason as to why I decided to. It’s so important to live somewhere that has an office staff that’s pleasant, attentive and easy to work. It’s near impossible to find those things now a days and dealing with most leasing staff is comparable to stabbing your own eye out with a fork. These girls make living here an absolute delight and I know with certainty that if there was ever an issue, they would address it promptly. Every apartment complex will have their own issues or things that they’re working on or addressing - none of them are perfect. Sure they’re doing some renovations and they’re making a few changes - But I seriously have 0 complaints, I have nothing but positive things to say. I love my apartment and I love these girls. Thank you Villa Nueva and THANK YOU ALYSSA AND AMANDA!

The best part is I haven’t seen any pest so if you live clean you’ll be fine. The only downside would be that all the washers are broken but look accessible and loud neighbors but there’s not much they can do about the noise. A nice little place to call home!

I moved in within the past month, move in was seamless. Pretty quiet for the most part. My neighbors above seem to run all day long with their kids but that has nothing to do with management and it’s to be expected in an apartment. I had a great experience with the front office. Washer and dryer connections are on the balcony which is why I gave it 4 stars. I’ve only had one reason to call maintenance and they fixed my issue within the same day. No complaints here
