The new management has helped make this place better and it's much appreciated. Emma is the friendliest and sweetest, she Always makes time to help! Maintenance is available and the other girls in the office are friendly. I recommend this place as they have a new management team.

Emma and her staff are by far the most amazing group of people I’ve ever dealt with in the apartment industry! They are attentive, informative and take pride in all they do. I have lived in many complexes, but I never want to leave this one because of the treatment I have received from each of them. Whatever Emma is doing to ensure her staff is happy, loves their job and is passionate about the tenants, clearly shows that she has amazing management skills.

New Manager Michelle is awesome. The leasing Agent Brenda is very outgoing and down to earth. The office is more welcoming now that they both have been here. Great team also the new lead maintenance Juan has been the best maintenance compared to previous maintenance he gets the job done. Overall this team has done an amazing job 👏. I can finally say I'm happy here at Villa Nueva

I moved in within the past month, move in was seamless. Pretty quiet for the most part. My neighbors above seem to run all day long with their kids but that has nothing to do with management and it’s to be expected in an apartment. I had a great experience with the front office. Washer and dryer connections are on the balcony which is why I gave it 4 stars. I’ve only had one reason to call maintenance and they fixed my issue within the same day. No complaints here

Great job to Justin, Johnny and Adam !in less than 24hrs as a courtesy they went out of their way to put a wheel chair ramp for my neighbor, we are so happy and are greatful and proud to have this management team, the property since it changed ownership is now cleaner and safer. Kudos to all the team!

Great location for apartments next to stores restaurants and outlets. Love the open door policy by excellent managers who treat their clients as family. Also work staff is nice and ready to help. Also the app is easy to use for payments and maintenance.The new management from Villa Nueva is the best new important pillar of this community.
