Emma and her staff are by far the most amazing group of people I’ve ever dealt with in the apartment industry! They are attentive, informative and take pride in all they do. I have lived in many complexes, but I never want to leave this one because of the treatment I have received from each of them. Whatever Emma is doing to ensure her staff is happy, loves their job and is passionate about the tenants, clearly shows that she has amazing management skills.

There has been an amazing and huge change since the new management has taken over. The customer service is very attentive and friendly. The staff (Emma, Amanda, & Clarissa) are so nice and well mannered. Definitely recommend living here.

The lady who works at the front desk (Amanda) as soon as I walked in, she was very polite and very friendly, with a smile she asked how can I serve you✨ I really wish for Amanda the best at this office, she’s doing a great job ♥️🫀

Brenda was an awesome help getting us moved in, she always makes sure maintenance is on top of it and we have had no issues with the apartments. 😊

New Manager Michelle is awesome. The leasing Agent Brenda is very outgoing and down to earth. The office is more welcoming now that they both have been here. Great team also the new lead maintenance Juan has been the best maintenance compared to previous maintenance he gets the job done. Overall this team has done an amazing job 👏. I can finally say I'm happy here at Villa Nueva

I moved in within the past month, move in was seamless. Pretty quiet for the most part. My neighbors above seem to run all day long with their kids but that has nothing to do with management and it’s to be expected in an apartment. I had a great experience with the front office. Washer and dryer connections are on the balcony which is why I gave it 4 stars. I’ve only had one reason to call maintenance and they fixed my issue within the same day. No complaints here
