Friendly staff. Older apartments but not too bad. Quiet neighborhood so far. No complaints.

Great apartments, location is kind of iffy but the rent is cheap and the girls in the office are nice. Happy to live here - no complaints.

Okay, so I was hesitant to move here initially. But I was swept off of my feet by the new manager Alyssa and her leasing agent, Amanda. First of all, these girls are my absolute favorite and the best thing is going into the office to talk to them. They showed me my current apartment two separate times and were so patient with me through the entire process and specifically on how long it took me to actually sign me lease. Alyssa made everything so absolutely easy I couldn’t believe it. Both times that they took me to view my new place, they were so pleasant. They took their time to explain everything multiple times, even with my incessant and repetitive questions - they were just an absolute joy to work with. I ended up getting a newly renovated 1 bedroom (which is absolutely GORGEOUS by the way) and it’s so reasonably priced that I couldn’t pass up the deal. Even when going into the office when they are swamped, I was never a burden and it’s never obvious that there hands are full. Phones can be ringing back to back - but they are always answered, girls are always smiling, everyone’s always helped super promptly. I personally have only rented houses for the last 5+ years and downsizing to an apartment was something I really had to consider. However, these girls are 90% of the reason as to why I decided to. It’s so important to live somewhere that has an office staff that’s pleasant, attentive and easy to work. It’s near impossible to find those things now a days and dealing with most leasing staff is comparable to stabbing your own eye out with a fork. These girls make living here an absolute delight and I know with certainty that if there was ever an issue, they would address it promptly. Every apartment complex will have their own issues or things that they’re working on or addressing - none of them are perfect. Sure they’re doing some renovations and they’re making a few changes - But I seriously have 0 complaints, I have nothing but positive things to say. I love my apartment and I love these girls. I am very happy with the attention new manager Jacqueline Estrada is showing residents now she takes time to listen to any issues going on and takes immediate action.

The new manager Jackie is great. She is understanding and goes above for the residents.

Thank you villa Nueva apartments..for a lovely large one bedroom apartment...the management is super nice...professional...and always willing to help the help the residents...they are very nice to me ..for sure...Amanda is a professional worker as is Clarissa too ..they truly care about the residents here...I encourage anybody looking for a Apartment..to come check out the villa Nueva apartments...GOD BLESS YOU ALL...🙋

Amanda Rodriguez was excellent. Very attentive to my needs and really made me feel like she was there to help. I have nothing but high praise for her. Extremely professional and pleasant. An asset to the team.

So glad I stopped by these apts. Amanda was so helpful with answering all my questions about the rental qualifications and process - and I had a lot. lol. This would be my first apartment and Amanda really went above and beyond to help me and make me feel wanted. If you read this thank you Amanda. :)

The apartment manager was very helpful, she made sure we found a place to call our home, excellent customer service , quiet place to live.

The new management has helped make this place better and it's much appreciated. Emma is the friendliest and sweetest, she Always makes time to help! Maintenance is available and the other girls in the office are friendly. I recommend this place as they have a new management team.
