This management team...is a TEAM..in the office of Villa Nueva 1880 Horal Street. San Antonio Texas. There Top Notch. Maintenance Lead Man is Mr. Juan. Education. Mr. Juan has what it takes to to us safe and happy in our apartment, that is large with lots of space for the money. Clean always. Our apartment is always kept as like a model home. It's our home. Not a apartment. Our exterior full of color. To keep me happy. Yellow bells..a plant and other colorful plants outside. There is a lot happing here. New paint on exteriors. Now there in doing all interiors. New management.gates are getting a code. No more cars or company trucks in our parking area. A Plus for new residents CARPORTS. To protect your new cars or SUV .. Give Villa Nueva a Chance. Three stories high. Swimming Pool is open . Tell the Ladies in the office. Mrs Santa. Sylvia. All's GREAT 💯....oh guess what...Oscar our other team player keeps our grass and dogs clean by picking up there mess that needs done. Oscar even comes on Saturday and Sunday to make sure the out side dumpsters are keep up trash in the dumpsters. . And our Amanda office lady. Cares alot about our Bluejays our trees are beautiful mature trees. New manager new everything going on here. One thing I can say for sure. Is I need something done in our home. It's like Johnny on the spot. Juan is here with his team if need be. ... and Mrs Alissa upr team leader keeping us all safe. Here at Villa Nueva. I couldn't be happier.. and I'm a senior in age but a young lady at heart . God bless. 👍

Villa Nueva is an amazing place to live! The community is always clean well kept and feels safe. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and well maintained with everything in great working order. What truly makes this place stand out is the management—absolutely awesome! They are friendly, professional, and quick to address any concerns. You can tell they’re generally care about the residence and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience here.

shoutout to the office staff, Amanda R, for answering all my questions and helping me look at units. All the staff had great customer service and the complex looks really well kept.

Great place and environment to live in. The maintenance personnel are always on point and take good care of you. The office people are always polite when ever I have any problems. Thanks to all the staff for all you do and always being friendly.

Hello my name is Evelynn I been living here for a monthw and everything has been great along with staff members n the maintenance people. I enjoy staying here because everyone stays too themselves and it’s quiet . There is also a pool that a great place to be at on a sunny day ! .
